Since I was a kid, I always loved having plants in my home, simply because it made me feel good! Now, there is a lot of good research showing how houseplants support human health. The greatest benefits are through wellbeing and productivity improvement. Indoor plants offer two potential benefits for us: improved psychological (mental & emotional) well-being and improved physical human health.

Houseplants improve air quality
Ever year over 4 million people die prematurely due to indoor air pollution. Often indoor levels of pollution is higher than outdoors. Many studies including ones from NASA show that some houseplants excel at removing toxins from our indoor air. The more plants used, the more likely the benefit to air quality and overall well-being.
Indoor plants will beautify the appearance of your home or office, all the while boosting your moods, increasing your creativity, reduce stress and cleaning the air you breath.
Thus making you happier and healthier.
Sanseviria (AKA - snake plant) maybe the BEST indoor plant to have. It is such a beauty with a very unique look!

These plants have dark shiny green leaves and white flowers. They thrive in medium to low light. Peace lilies that are placed in more light tend to produce the lovely white flowers.
The most common cause of death in Peace Lilies is overwatering them. Peace lilies are more tolerant of underwatering than overwatering.
